Enjoy free standard US shipping on orders over $55. This offer applies to orders shipped within the United States and excludes guitars and components. Cannot be applied to previous orders. Other exclusions may apply.

Domestic Shipping

We ship merchandise via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage. At checkout, you can select your preferred carrier—USPS Ground Advantage is typically the more economical option. Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped promptly.

Guitar Shipping

Guitars are carefully packed in custom packaging to ensure safe delivery. Because each guitar has its own build time, shipping timelines vary. Once your guitar is complete, we’ll notify you with tracking information. Guitars ship via UPS and are excluded from the free shipping offer.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected upon delivery.

Multiple Shipping Locations

Your order will ship from one of our warehouse locations. If your order contains items from different locations, you may receive multiple shipments.
